This is a quiet, restful practice, appropriate for both new and experienced yoga students. Props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks are used to provide full support for the body. This allows poses to be held for longer periods of time, promoting deep relaxation and rest.

I integrate yoga into therapy sessions when clients are interested in learning more about these practices and how they can impact physical and emotional well-being.
